When attending a NAMI Williamsburg support group, you can count on peer support in a safe and supportive environment. All support groups are led by individuals trained to meet the standards of NAMI.
Support Group for Families & Friends
“Family Support Group” is a FREE, weekly, 90-minute meeting for family and friends of individuals who have mental illnesses. Participants can speak openly about their challenges and help one another through their sharing of learned wisdom.
Support Group for Individuals with Mental Illnesses
“NAMI Connection” is a FREE, weekly, 90-minute recovery support group for individuals living with mental illnesses. Participants learn from one another’s experiences, share coping strategies and offer mutual encouragement and understanding.

Williamsburg Community Chapel is off of John Tyler Highway, near the intersection of John Tyler and Greensprings Plantation/Eagle Way, across from Jamestown High School.
Meeting rooms are 118 (family) and 122 (peers)
